This mixed-use development in Deptford includes 57 residential apartments and over 10,000 sq ft of commercial space. Our team was responsible for the full external envelope installation, incorporating a Steel Framing System (SFS) from EOS, RCM Y-Wall sheathing board, DuPont Tyvek breather membrane, and Illbruck EPDM membranes for superior weather protection. The project required an adaptable approach to meet both residential and commercial performance standards, delivered with precision and a strong focus on build quality.
