This large-scale residential project comprised the construction of 241 apartments, where our team was responsible for delivering a complete external envelope solution. The scope included installation of a Steel Framing System (SFS) using Metsec, Siniat Weather Defence sheathing boards, and a high-performance Illbruck EPDM weatherproof membrane. The project required precise execution and high-quality materials to meet demanding performance and durability standards—successfully delivered on time and to specification.
