This mixed-use development includes 9 apartments and 2,500 sq ft of commercial space. The scope of work covered the installation of a Steel Framing System (SFS), sheathing boards, EPDM weatherproofing (product used: Obex), and fire casing/steel protection. We also provided the full internal fit-out, including partitions, ceilings, and soffit insulation. The project followed a full Knauf specification for all systems, ensuring top-tier performance in fire safety, acoustics, and insulation.
